This role requires someone who is highly motivated and has a positive attitude. To be considered for this opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A tertiary degree or diploma in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Previous experience in recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to create and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • An energetic outlook, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and a willingness to contribute creative ideas.
  • A strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
This is a part-time role, that would suit someone with 16-20 hours free a week.
